You'll receive a finished physical figure, but what you're commissioning is my printing and painting work: a custom-made piece for you, not a mass-produced product.

For some designs (like the Chaos Trio), the license terms require you to buy the digital model directly from Hero Forge® and send it to me. I print and paint it for you only, then delete the file after the job is complete. My catalog will always note whether a figure is licensed for me to provide or client-supplied. Either way, you're getting professional-quality printing and painting. These are exactly the kinds of pieces I specialize in.

Each commission can vary in complexity and time required. For my Chaos Trio print and paint commissions I am usually able to ship in under 2 weeks but it depends on how many active orders I have. I will keep you updated on the status of your order including any unexpected delays.

Some commissions use Hero Forge® custom designs. Per Hero Forge's FAQ, the customer must purchase the digital model directly from Hero Forge® and provide it to me for printing and painting. I then produce the physical copy for you only and delete the file after the commission is complete. I'm not affiliated with Hero Forge®, this is simply how I stay compliant while still getting you a professionally printed and painted result.

First, navigate to this HeroForge link to load the Chaos Trio figures in the correct configuration. You'll need to create an account if you don't have one, then follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Buy button on the left side
2. Make sure Mini is selected
3. Scroll on the right side until you see STL Download
4. Select STL Download

5. Select all the options (disable print improvements, separate base, separate characters)
6. Make the Purchase

Once your purchase goes through, you can download the files by:

1. Clicking on the user icon on the top right
2. Click Digital Downloads
3. Click the red download button

You can then email the file to us at [email protected] or attach it to a message on Ko-fi.

Dungeon Crawler Crawl is copyrighted work by Matt Matt Dinniman. Matt is a big supporter of indie artists and has stated "it's important to me that individual fans are able to make and sell merch."
